A $40 refundable volunteer fee is applied to every account during registration.

A $3 service fee is applied to all payments, whether online or in-person.

What does the fee cover?
-  League Fee (NKYFL charges each organization a yearly fee)
-  Field Rentals (practice and game)
-  Officials
-  Uniforms
* Flag Football: t-shirt/jersey
* Tackle Football: game jersey and game pants with pads
-  Player Equipment
* Flag Football: belt
* Tackle Football: helmet and shoulder pads
-  General Equipment
* Footballs, tackling dummies, cones, pinnies, equipment parts, kicking tees, etc
-  Banquet
* Trophies, food, etc
- Administration
* Flyers, postage, checks, etc


What do I need to provide?
-  Flag Football
* Cleats (baseball, soccer, or football will work)
* Mouthpiece

-  Tackle Football
* $20 Dixie Youth practice jersey that we sell and can be re-used yearly
* White practice pants with pads that you can purchase elsewhere or we do sell for $20
* Football cleats that are white, black, grey, or red (baseball or soccer will work, but football cleats are highly encourage due to the additional support they provide)
* Mouthpiece (must have the strap)
* "SWAG" (any accessories like gloves, towels, sleeves, etc must be red, white, black, or grey)
        * Players can provide their own shoulder pads and helmet if they like.  However, the helmet must be match our colors, be no more than 9 years old, and it must have been reconditioned or new after the 2024 season.  If the helmet does not meet this criteria, it cannot be used.


Refundable Volunteer Fee:
Our organization is driven by volunteers and we are finding year after year, it's always the same few people volunteering to do everything.  As a result, we have implemented a mandatory volunteer fee on every account.  This fee is refundable if you volunteer your time throughout the season.  Football parents need to volunteer during 2 games during the season.  Each week we host a game (or event), we will send out a sign-up sheet for the various positions available.  Our volunteer coordinator will track the volunteers throughout the season, and at the end of the season,  those that met the criteria for a refund will be issued a check covering the amount of the fee when their child's equipment is turned in.

Some of the positions needed for each game are:
- Gate 
- Concessions (3 - 5)
- Clock
- Announcer
- Chain Gang (3)
- Setup
- Clean Up


2026 Payment Plans (Tackle Football):
Below are the various payment plans that we have setup for the upcoming season for a single registration.  When you're at the checkout, you will be provided with the below options, along with paying in full.  Please select the payment plan named after the month in which you are registering.  If you do not select the proper payment plan, you will be charged more up front.  For example, if you select the Early Bird Payment Plan while registering in June, you will be charged the full $160 + $40 volunteer fee at checkout.  Please note that these amounts are based on 1 tackle football registration. Also, all payments are subject to a $3 service fee.
